About Cara

Emblem_Vertical-RE2013_LO[1]Cara Erdman
is a Seattle area real estate agent. As a mom and former special education teacher, she gives a fresh and unique perspective to the real estate industry. She has branded herself as Cara in the House (become a fan on facebook and follow on instagram!)  She mixes her professionalism and sense of humor to make the home buying and selling process enjoyable.

Cara is a Seattle native and knows both the “eastside” and “westside” neighborhoods and communities. Her knowledge of real estate is current and relevant. She writes a popular blog that demonstrates her vast knowledge of real estate but she writes in a way that will make you laugh out loud.

Cara’s local experience and her connections to the community run deep. She is a current board member and sponsor of the Kirkland America Little League, PTA member at Kirkland Middle School and Peter Kirk Elementary (and room parent there), former member of the Evergreen Healthcare Foundation procurement committee, former boys’ soccer and baseball coach, and has volunteered/participated in fundraisers for Food Lifeline and Hopelink.

If you are looking for an agent that is passionate about real estate but even more passionate about working with people, you’ll love Cara. And if you want to contact her, you’ll be shocked how quickly you’ll hear back! So what are you waiting for?!

“We are featured in Kirkland Living’s February issue and I just love the photos with my boys. If you’ve ever wondered why I spend so much time volunteering for Little League and watching games — between selling houses, of course — this article explains it all. Enjoy!”
